converted epub turned to random numbers, letters and symbols
I have had great success with converting pdfs so far for use on my kobo ereader except for the last one I tried. Every format Ive tried to convert it to turns it to a mix of random letters, numbers and symbols. I cant even copy it to my cliboard without this happening. It came from the same source as the others I converted. (4shared) Any idea what the problem is or how to fix it??

There is nothing you can do. The clipboard showing the same issue tells me that that's the underlying representation of the text. Most likely this file is junk text with images over laid which is what you actually see as the text.
