Header Fonts Screwed up on new 2.5.x Firmware

OK so I recently updated my DX to the new firmware, and I have noticed a strange problem with headings getting screwy. I don't have any hacks installed or anything. Basically headings (bold fonts) alternate randomly, but it will only happen for a select few font sizes per document. Someone said they did something to make fonts darker or added more sizes or something, I didn't notice but they screwed something up. Picture attached.

Like for one book, fonts 2 and 5 will do it, for another only font 3, for another only fonts 1 and 4, etc.

I think it has something to do with the conversion because books that I download off of feedbooks always have screwed up size #3, and epubs I convert with calibre always have screwed up font #2 and #4. Anyways, this never used to happen before the most recent firmware.

Is it only happening in that one book, or in every book?

It only happens on bold fonts, but like I said, it's not always noticable because sometimes it would only do this alternating size problem on like the largest size font that nobody uses, but sometimes it does it on sizes 3/4 which I commonly use.

Am I the only person with this issue?
perhaps my update got screwed up and I should call amazon CS or something if nobody else is. It's quite irritating reading books that have lots of bold text/headings on a single page.

When I installed the update it completed without any errors.

2.5.7 on DXG downloaded from amazon's website.
Any K2 users or other DX users?
