Setting language for feed

Is there any way that one can set the language on a download feed? The new Touch at present has a problem where it does not let you use the foreign language dictionary if the language of the edoc is not set to English. Until they fix it the ability to set language on download would be very useful.

The language is set based on the value of the language field in the recipe. You can create a custom recipe and set it to whatever you like.
