How often can I change the account on my Kindle?

How often can I switch back and forth between accounts on my kindle, seeing as a bunch of my family have kindles (we all live a long ways from each other) we thought why not just log on to each others accounts to borrow books and log out when we finish a book. The only concern I can think of is making sure that they finished the book so you don't reset their last page mark.

Will amazon eventually force me to stay to one account??

I gave my son one of my Kindles and he swaps it back to me quite often to load books on it that I have. I guess he doesn't want to be tied to my account! ;o)
