Kobo Aura One won't charge.
I have an Aura One which hasn't been used for some time. The screen has the "Please charge your reader" graphic. I've had it connected to a power source and a computer for 12 hours. This OEM cable and charger charges other Kobos OK. When I turn it on it boots normally, gets to the home page and a second later goes back to the "Please charge your reader".
I've tried doing a hard reset by holding down the power button for 30 seconds. Does it need a new battery? |

Yes, if 12 hours of charging doesn't give it enough juice to last more than a few minutes, the battery is shot.
