Retire Forma buy Sage due to flaky power button.

I could not turn my Forma on for a week. I tried the button and my case. As a last ditch effort, I purchased a new case for my Forma. Amazingly I am able to wake my Forma up with the new case!

I am glad that my Forma is working. However, is it on it's last legs? Should I just break down and buy a Sage? Any advice?

PS I will be heading overseas for the next 10/12 months. I might be able to purchase a kobo overseas for a premium ($40-$80 more).

PS I purchased my Forma in October 2019.

There is a new Kobo device coming out in a few months. It may be an upgraded Sage or some other model; I'd wait a bit just in case.

Nonsense. The average non-incandescent lamp, Flat screen TV or monitor, tablet (with WiFi & BT off) or PSU is far far worse. I've a lab/workshop with test gear to measure miniscule signals up to 1.5 GHz.

I always get a laugh out of the people who worry about EMF and then walk around with their cellphone either glued to their ear or in a pocket.
