Broken screen or something else?

Hi!
I just noticed the screen on my pw3 showing blurry letters in an area of the screen, this happened a couple of times while I was reading, and a thin line appeared across the screen, both issues went away after refreshing the page but I'm wondering if my screen is damaged?
I took photos, I haven't use the Kindle much since then so I don't know how much of a recurrence this is.

The line is very thin between the lines starting with "acababan" and "calle".
And in the second photo the words "hasta" and "con" look washed out.

I couldn't tell much difference in the words. They didn't look washed out to me.

I don't see anything either. It could just be a badly formatted ebook.

Thank you for the replies. Yes, I just noticed I can barely see anything from those photos on my laptop.
It happened again yesterday but a restart seems to have fixed the issue, I was worried I had made some damage while I was trying to remove my kindle from the official case on friday.
