Kindle Dictionary not showing up in one of my documents unlike all others

I want to read this document with Kindle Paperwhite 2 however its not showing dictionary definition while on all other documents it works just fine, When I hold a word its says
"There are no dictionaries on your dvice for this book’s language. To download a dictionary, go to the cloud or purchase one from them Kindle Store."
I have looked into the Kindle folder and the file is in in AZW format like all other documents where the dictionary is showing results. Its annoying and I am out of clue why isn't it works. Please advice!

Most likely the language metadata of the .azw file is incorrect or missing. Check and change the metadata either with Calibre or Java Mobi Metadata Editor.

Yes, this means that the language code for the book is set to a language that you have no dictionary installed for.

Thanks for the Java Mobi app, I read your message after fixing the issue myself hehe but anyway here it is what
I have done and now I have both old highlight, notes and dictionary working good:
- Import original file to Calibre
- Edit metadata
- Chose English as language
- Chose Send to Device **from** Calibre this will send the modified .AZW file to Kindle with its language changed.
- Done

P.S. I had to chose "Send to Device" because in the conversation option there was no .AZW file type option
