Kobo VIP membership still active several days after expiring?

My Kobo VIP membership expired on April 3. I didn't renew, and confirmed that no money was taken out of my account.

It's still active. It displays as active on the page, and VIP discounted books still discounted (confirmed by going to the checkout page).

Does anyone know what's going on here? Does it usually take this long to turn off?

It finally expired. Took over a week though!
