Internal Viewer open md files
Hello,

I've changed the calibre configuration (Version 8.10): I don't want to open md / markdown-files anymore with the internal viewer. So I've unmarked it.
But even after a restart of the program the internal viewer is opened when I doubleclick a markdown file or use the shortcut under Formats:

That's because your OS is using the ebook viewer as the default application for markdown.
