Any way to change the title bar color?
Is there any way to change the color of the title bar, I'm scratching my head and would really like to change it!

AFAIK Titlebar (and the Window) is mainly a Windows system wide setting (or theme) thing

You're right. But then I saw a couple of applications (like iTerm) trying to hide or change the color of the Title bar to make it blend in with the content panel, and couldn't help but think how wonderful it would be if the e-book viewer could do the same!

(Oh, I am on MacOS~)

Calibre avoids OS independent features. It is intended to work on all (supported) pretty much the same. (In some cases it is Windows that holds things back, But ...
Since 79% of the installed base is Windows... )

No not really this is not a feature exposed by Qt (the toolkit calibre uses)
