I see them cutting through my pastures in daylight all the time as well as drinking out of my pond. even if I yell at them, they just give me an insolent look. they aren't rabid. I only have one .22 rifle and it's part of a collection. I feel like getting a bunch of cheapies and hanging them from various trees so I can always be close to one.
