Is this what I need to update my JBL's firmware? And how do I update using this file? Yes, I've read the instructions for updating the firmware, but the reason I'm asking is that the instructions at the jetBook website are for a different set of files altogether which are contained in a zip file.
Right, that .exe file is a self-extracting zip file. Run it and it will give you
the option of where to extract the needed folders to. It is best to extract
to a new folder on one of your local hard drives. Then just "select all" the
contents of that folder to drag and drop into your SD card.

Luck;
