I just looked at it, and I can confirm there is a problem. EPUB files are ZIP archives, and for some reason that website is generating a ZIP format that's incompatible with the ZIP-extractor library that Freda uses. But the file does work with other ZIP extractor programs ...
Bottom line: it may be something I can fix by changing Freda; I will look into it further.
[EDIT: I have found an alternative ZIP-extractor that does understand this format; Freda v2.0, when released, will be able to open this file OK]
