Weighed myself last night after work and total weight loss was 51 lbs according to the scale... the initial digit (hundreds column) was one smaller... haven't seen that in years. But, this AM it was back up... but those small fluctuations are common.
So, I'm gonna call it 50% of the way to my "lose at least" 100lbs this year goal. This loss was all in 3 months, Feb1 thru today. I'm pretty happy with myself.
So, you all enjoy your chocolate and cake and muffins and I will enjoy being able to breath after climbing the stairs to the third floor (2nd floor for you Euros) in the parking garage.
