I just got a brand new Pocket Pro this week. When I tried to connect it to my Vista PC, the PC said USB device not recognized. The symptom seems very much like the original poster's.

I tried 3 different cables, 2 different Vista PCs, and multiple ports.
I tried to disable the USB2 Mode through the Device Manager. (by the way, it says Intel ICH8 Family USB2..)
I tried reset button.
I verified keyboard is not locked.
I connected the cable to PC first, then to the PP.

Nothing worked so far. Is there anything else I could try?
