I actually have considered that. For what I pay on monthly lawn maintenance I could pay for it in a few years. But, not sure if the homeowner assoc would give me a hassle.

I'm also looking into getting solar panels to bring down my electric bill a bit also. Since I pretty much use the most electric (A/C) when the sun is shining brightly.
