Post upgrade #2, I've lost one battery bar since I charged my 500 on Thursday (it's now Monday afternoon) with moderate daily use. Definitely better than before.

When I last checked the status of the repair, it said to contact Sony. So I did and found that it was done and UPS was going to get it later that day. The person on the phone gave me the tracking number and I was able to track it's progress.
