But thats bureaucracy for you .. (and no, I cant apply for a second-time-student-admission prior to officially finishing my first study).

oh, arg ! that's so frustrating. i'm sorry, little pnot-phedgehog. i hope it will all get sorted out properly. you would think that anyone would be thrilled to have one of the best 5% nationwide in their department. just goes to show that education != intelligence.
