Hope everything goes well with your blood tests, and here's a gigantic toblerone to take away the sicky feeling:

thank you for the chocolate.

that will definitely help. actually the labo i go to is not so bad, at least in the waiting room ; it's pretty antiseptic, but they have a gigantic aquarium filled with all kinds of exotic fish. i like aquariums.

Really Am should have provided the definition as she used the word, but she must be skiving.

good thing you're not skiving off too, sparrow. thanks for the definition.

I hope the rest of the day is much better.

meh. the rest of the day was very hectic and involved a lot of running around and errands. tomorrow will probably be the same. oh well, i did get quite a lot done, so that's good (not everything i needed to though...).

Zelda, I think you need a chocolate croissant and a large coffee, stat!

actually, a large café au lait is precisely what i had as soon as i got home. no chocolate croissant but i did have 2 slices of toast with butter (that's my usual breakfast). and a glass of juice first, to get my blood sugar up so i didn't pass out waiting for the coffee.

gaaa ! horrible. i look a bit like a junkie at the moment as i've got two lovely bruises (particularly the side the guy kept pressing on), and it's a bit sore, but it could be worse. the last time one of my friends gave blood (donated, not for a test) i don't know how they managed it but he had a huge bruise that covered almost his entire arm !
