Really, i should not have been ordered the device on that address. But the hope to get it on March 1st was so high and tempting...
Theoretically, you can talk to your credit card supplier and block the "Best Buy" order. They certainly will do it and you easily should be able to document the email-trail. The way you describe it, you've done way more than you'd have to.
