PS: I checked the base 10/base 2 curiosity. In base 10 notation, that would be 15 = 3 x 5. I'll leave to someone more ambitious to check whether 1111 = the sum of the first hundred primes!
It is not true. The sum of all primes less than 100 is 1060 so there is no way the premise is true.
