I know what you are talking about. there is one doctor here in my department who will not be getting a quality incentive because of his chronic half hour to two hours lateness in getting patients in. It drives me nuts to be even five minutes behind. I think it's extremely disrespectful of patients' time to make them wait past when they have appointments.
