I do "buy" those memes. And it doesn't change that it is an insult, and one particularly addressed in the guidelines I linked to.
I was trying to honestly suggest that your content, yes,
your content, is meaningful, helpful, interesting, educational, to me - that I was enjoying the discussion - and that the other stuff contrary to MR guidelines detracted from it. I was trying to diplomatically suggest this so that MR moderator intervention was not necessary.
That is all. If you don't wish to do that, so be it.
