If you paid less than the full price it sounds like Best Buy is receiving the kits from Sony and removing the Reader and the hard case. Perhaps to sell them separately? Also, according to the Best Buy website, the hard/travel case is included. |
No I paid the full $399 and did NOT get the hard case. I will try and call Best Buy CS. And they defiantely only had the smaller package there not the larger with the case.
