Whoa. I just got a friend request on GoodReads, with someone who had something like 400 friends, and almost 2000 books shelved. First thing I do - compare books. She's only read about 10 of the same books as me (mostly Harry Potter), but she is supposed to be a "romance expert" at Borders (according to their profile). As big as the romance genre is, you aren't a romance expert if you've only got three romance novels in common with me. 1500 of the books on her shelf were all "to-read." Final straw: she gave two stars to "To Kill a Mockingbird" and 3 stars to 1984. Uhhh...no.
