Re your point about difficult naviagtion with Calibre / feeds, I simply use the "next page" button to navigate through the stories. This is using the Mobi Pocket reader on a notebook computer. I guess with the slower page turns of a Kindle it would be a lot less convenient, but in general I find that using Calibre to convert the feeds, and then reading it in Mobi, is a good combination.
I think he meant that going from current page to the next article involved having to take your cursor to one of the links above.

The NextPage/PrevPage buttons really are not that slow at all with these files unless there is a BIG graphic coming up next. I think only the Kindle 1 page turns are noticeably slower than other e-readers though they improved that with some cacheing method for 2nd of 2 pages taken at once.
