Undoubtedly, but it's a lot harder to make devices handle errors "gracefully" than it is to handle correct code, because there are a virtually limitless variety of ways in which things can go wrong.
I don't know if you remember, but a few months ago I had a strange problem in which an ePub file was skipping pages on my Sony, due to what turned out to be incorrectly-nested formatting tags. That particular buggy file caused problems on the Sony, but worked fine on the Opus.
Realistically, all we can do, I think, is to report these issues as we find them, and allow Bookeen to sort them out.
