I tried to test out setting my account to US and purchasing a book with Micropay. Unfortunately it didn't work. The transaction went through and the book is in my bookshelf, but it requires a CC to verify and no matter what I do I can't get it verified...
Guess I need to beg for a refund on the 'accidental purchase'.
