Okay, so as of yesterday morning I received the box that Sony mailed out to me (have not seen it as the building manager has it) I will use it to send my PRS-500 back to Sony for the upgrade. I'm actually really looking forward to the upgrade. I have one more .lrx book that I haven't read (The Road by Cormac McCarthy) but after that I needz my ePub upgrade!! |

I wrapped mine in two layers of bubble wrap, with the slip of foam that came with the PRS-500 to protect the display itself, in a DVD box (fit nice and snugly). Seemed to get my PRS-500 to the US from Australia in good condition
