Back in my former hometown, the city government once had the bright idea to cut down accidents by posing signs at high accident intersections announcing the fact. So drivers would me motoring down the street, see a sign that said "Warning! You are now approaching the third highest accident intersection in the city" and <panic stop!> <crash...>
