I started reading eBooks on a Handspring Visor Deluxe, which is similar to the m130 by has a grey-scale rather than color screen. You have a variety of options for ebook reading. These days, I use a Tapwave Zodiac, which is also a Palm OS device as my main reader.
Most ebooks are conversions from HTML for the Plucker offline HTML viewer, a free, open source product for Palm OS. Among other things, I have the complete Baen Free Library and a boatload of Project Gutenberg titles. I also run eReader, MobiPocket Reader, PalmPDF and PalmFiction, and can handle just about any form of ebook content.
When you get to that point, let me know, and I can provide pointers.

Thanks! So far I only tried MobiPocket Reader and 2 books. A PD classic from here opened well, but the mobi book (
Desbarollda, The Waltzing Mouse from pdurant) wouldn't display the beautiful illustrations as the error comes up as "not enough memory. Cannot display the image in full-screen mode." Then it goes to "cannot open".
So, when I have time I will investigate getting an SD card. Would you put the Reader Programs on the same card with the books? I have MobiPocket on the internal memory. (I have no experience with this and usually just do searches and read whatever I can find to get information.. then experiment on my old computers.)
