Oh really? More than Baen? Between RB/IMP, EPub, LIT, and Mobi, I think they've got all ebook-dedicated devices covered, and most other mobile readers. (I don't think they offer, um, Wolf?) With plain HTML and RTF, they have the rest covered at least as secondary options.
Fictionwise's multiformat & Smashwords also cover almost everything. Non-DRM ebook retailers support a lot more devices than any DRM store is going to manage.
Or does he mean, "We have contracts to promote more devices than any other e-book retailer?"
