I think I can tolerate the occasional freeze, especially if it's solvable with a soft reset (not having to mess with battery covers etc.).
To be honest the Opus is still at the top of my list. Compared to the 300 the Opus:
Pros:- Has a nicer form factor (at least to me)
- Has a nicer UI
- Seems to be slightly more responsive
- Has more internal storage space
- Has the option for a SD card
- Handles ePub better (based on feedback)
Cons:
