Dear Eowyn,
I really am under the impression that you are the marketing-director or something at Bookeen, even if you say you are not. And you are here to do some damage-controle.

Please tell them to hurry up!
But, anyway... My boss WILL tell me to work overnight if he runs the risk of losing customers by not giving them the service they expect and should get. Although this hardly ever happens since we use hard deadlines so our customers know when to expect their promised software. Besides that, good planning makes overhours unnecessary.
I actually am looking for another ereader to buy from the bonus I received (we deliver updates on time and not "soon" or "anywhere in the near future" so I still get bonusses

).
Various new devices (3G, WIFI, more gray-scales, ePub support, etc) will be available from october 12th on

. This does not mean I will buy one immediately but a replacement will be bought anyhow before the end of 2010 and that probably will not be a Bookeen-device, sorry. My husband will get my Gen3 then so let's hope for his sake that "soon" does not mean Q4 2010.
