Yes, the computer is authorized. I searched and couldn't find a thread on the two problems I'm having:
What exactly are you doing? Are you choosing File -> Import folder from the menu?

When you have the Sony eBook library software running... in the window along the left column there is eBook Store. Click on that... then once you get the eBook Store page click the "Signin" link in the top left.

After you sign in choose the "My Account" link also near the top left.

there is a My eBooks section there... Click on the "View and/or Download Books I own" link. Then d/l all your books. You won't have to import them.

As someone else said, the Sony software just links to your ebook files, it doesn't move them. So, you might want to move them all yourself. So, copy all your .lrf files into the Documents/My Books/eBook Library folder (This is where the downloaded ebooks are put also.) Then from the file menu choose "Import folder". Navigate to that same folder and press the "Choose" button. That should import all the files in that folder. (I would do this before d/l-ing your LRX books since it might add them twice if you d/l first.
