Are your emails presented in a friendly and nonconfrontational manner or are you yelling at them.
My mother likes to say, "You can catch more flies with honey than vinegar." She never actually follows that saying (I have made it my life's mission not to be on the vinegar side).
And to be honest. . .who really wants to catch flies, anyway!!
