Yes, well. It's my considered opinion that Pevear&Volokhonsky's translations are vastly preferable to (especially) Constance Garnett's translations. (What with her Russians sounding like - especially chaste - Victorians.)
And even if you don't like the Everyman's HCs (I try to get them whenever their translation - I mostly read Gogol/Dostoevsky/Chekhov/Stendhal atm - hasn't been superseded by a better one), the paperbacks of the same translations are usually sold through Vintage for about half the HC price; especially worthwhile being
their translation of
