marc : i'll just add my vote (i think it's number eleventy) to the chorus recommending copious amounts of garlic. and fresh ginger will help too. and honey and lemon infusion for your throat, and thyme infusion is good for bronchial stuff. and since hot liquids are good for all kinds of ailments, feel free to have some of each, and count the doses in litres.
