It's one reason that I really prefer the term Global Climate Disruption rather than Global Warming. The jet stream is being pushed out of its normal track (for one thing) or what we consider to be the normal track. That is making for some seriously strange weather. There are a lot of other factors, and I don't want to over simplify it, but if you look at the graphs of the average temperature over the past few thousand years, you can see we are in deep caca.


I'm also sitting in one of the areas that has had next to no rain (the lakes are lowering at about 1 foot each month) and where the temp has averaged about 100 for the past month. Everyone here has taken to putting out water for the wildlife because the streams that normally flow are all dried up. It's just an oven here.
