If we want to get picky... There is NO eReader (software) format! "eReader is a freeware program for viewing Palm Digital Media electronic books." (Wkipedia)

And regarding misuse of "eReader" or "e-Reader" - this train has left the station... just "google" it. Even Wikipedia references "Sony Reader" and "Hanlin eReader" besides eReader software.

BTW: Yeah, and there have been people putting their wet poodles in the microwave for drying... yada, yada, yada

Final statement: I (and the rest of the world) say an eReader is (can be) a hardware device (to read eBooks), you say it's not. We disagree, that's OK with me, but can we leave it at that?!
