Why is it that when you have something for which you want to look your best, your stylist has a "brain drain" and completely forgets how you like your hair cut even though she's been cutting it the same way for 4 years?!?!? I get my hair cut every 4 weeks and I always tell her, "just a trim" and she trims a little off the ends. This last time, a few days before the NoVa meet-up, she cuts it completely differently than she ever has before.
Now, not only am I meeting people I've never seen before but I have to do it feeling like I'm having a perpetual bad hair day.
Arggggg! At least it's summer and my hair grows pretty quickly then!
