It's more which account the installation of Connect is registered to. I have both my home and work PC's registered on my account and I have no issues or differences that I can see that are dependent on where I download a file. I think others have mentioned doing similar things.

I'm pretty sure that isn't the case, for example, I know a fair number of the texts come from Rossetta Books, and they've certainly had them long enough to have proofed them thoroughly if they wanted to do so.

My guess is that Connect isn't doing any proofing to speak of, and these typos/conversion errors/whatever they are are coming from farther upstream in the process.

That's also what I figure the $200 to the conversion service partly pays for, basic proofreading and copy editing (which is why I think it's cheap).
