Co-workers can make or break a job. I no longer stay in jobs where the co-workers are miserable. I know I can do better than that, and it's not my job to fix dysfunctional people. (Pshrynk, unfortunately, does not have that excuse....) So during your next job interview, look around at the people working there, and see if you can detect a lot of tension and stress. If you sense that, don't take the job, unless you're getting desperate. Just go to the next place on your list.

Good luck!
You are right. I've been working there a little more than 2 years and it's been draining the life force out of me. I switched department twice, thinking it would help, but it just got worst.

On a plus side, for I don't know what reason (probably just not to see me) my boss gave me the 2 paid days off I asked for a week ago, thinking it could help to cool down, so next week, I only work 3 days, woopey!

And, what I was dreading the most about working today did not happen. The manager's son is a good friend of mine, and I feared he would be mad at me too, but he ain't! We spent three hours not looking at each other, me because I was scared he was mad and him for exactly the same reason. I don't know how, but we looked at each other, smiled, then laughed it off! I'm so glad!
