Most of the members of the forum are aware about all pitfalls and their decisions to have Kindle is a conscious decision.

I will repeat:
I do believe that there are a lot more kindle owners than sony, simple because kindle is a lot easier to use and doesn't require any computer knowledge. Many people without this sort of knowledge and other things you can find out here are buying Kindle cluelessly, without doing the proper research prior to buying the reader and are the type of people I refered to in my previous post.

I understand what type of people you were talking about. I stopped reading the Amazon Kindle forums for that exact reason. ("how do you turn on the backlight? WHAAT? No backlight? How can I read in the DARK??? )

However, the wording in your post wasnt' really clear in that aspect. It was pretty much damning all kindle owners.
