Reminds of one job where we were going for ISO9000 (I think) - basically the guidelines said that you had to have a procudeure for dealing with, say, customer complaints and you had to stick to it. Apparently I wasn't taking things seriously enough when I suggested that our plan just be "throwing them in the bin"...
