I'm getting the error "LoadLibrary failed with error 126: The specified module could not be found" when trying to view any books with the Calibre E-book viewer.
I tried uninstalling Calibre, deleting C:\Program Files\Calibre2\ and reinstalling, as recommended here:

I also tried uninstalling 9.5 and installing 9.4. Same error.
Any other suggestions?
