And this warnings are raise from the plugin it self, so not to calibre to fix.
It is for calibre to fix the warnings. The warnings are false positives. They aren't errors.

The only errors I'm seeing are in KoboTouch (part of calibre) and the Annotations plugin because the imp module is no longer there. Put back imp and Annotations is fixed.

The only thing I don't know for sure is if the KoboTouch error is due to the error with the Bookself. The Bookshelf has been fixed. I just need a new build to test. The bookshelf and KoboTouch.
