If i searched by Kobo ISBN on libbyapp, the book is not available in my local library

if i searched by title (which i normally do), it shows up in my library,

it doesn't list ISBN, ISBN number I posted earlier appears in the inside of cover

there seems to be a disconnect that how libby and kobo identify their respective books
