Regarding the history events: I chose to add some historically troublesome settings like "Search: Highlight search matches instead of restricting the book list to the results changed from False to True"
It's possible that I add more settings on demand to be tracked. But, of course, I added just a small subset of Calibre Settings. There are what, like a thousand settings?
I will remove the average rating setting. This never happened during my tests but I have indeed focused on plugin upgrades and downgrades
